In my courses I try to teach the best principles in web development and design, in an educational mission to inspire appealing, useful, accessible, search-friendly, and functional sites. Unfortunately, there are a lot of people out there making websites who… lack those skills.
The “Worst Website In Calgary” award will be an annual event; next year, I will open it up to nominations. For 2010, there is a single winning site: All Canadian Printing & Digital Services.
We have, on the front page alone: ten(!) different animations, five different fonts, and sixteen validation errors. Naturally, almost everything is built as images inside tables. Somewhat threateningly, much of the rest of the site is marked as being “under construction”.
Congratulations, All Canadian Printing & Digital Services: you win the inaugural Worst Website in Calgary. If you’d like to improve things, feel free to contact any of my better students.

so we don't need the jQuery minimum length anymore:) cool!
