A good stretch, made a little slow by tiredness and a near-constant headwind. Long boring stretches of highway: low, sloping hills and gullies, typical of the terrain between Edmonton and Calgary. I stopped for a rest at Carrot Creek, but should have pushed further by another 2k, where there were more services.
Local campground services were full; I tented just outside of Entwhistle.
